About
ACHA
ACHA
Health, with 40 % of private hospital beds in the metropolitan area, is
the largest private healthcare network in South Australia and proudly, a
community based not-for-profit organisation.
We
provide a wide range of high quality healthcare services through our
network of acute medical, surgical and obstetric hospitals, aged care
facilities and in home community services.
Hospitals
in the ACHA Health group include:
The
group employs over 2,600 staff and has in excess of 1,500 accredited
visiting doctors.
All
ACHA member Hospitals, Residential Aged Care facilities and Community
Services are fully accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare
Standards and the
Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency (SA & NT).
ACHA
Health is an association governed by a Board of 8 Directors elected and appointed by its members in accordance with its constitution. As a
not-for-profit community health organisation, all surplus funds are
redirected into upgrading patient facilities, services and equipment.
