Mr Mike Terlet AO
Chairman
MBA, FAIM, FAICD, JP (Ret)

Mike has extensive experience as a Chairman and Director of successful public and private companies and a wealth of knowledge and deep understanding of corporate governance requirements. He was made an Officer of the General Order of Australia in 1991 in recognition of his contributions to industry and export.

Mr Barry Noble
Deputy Chairman
BEc, FAICD

Barry is an experienced and highly valued Director with experience on Boards both in Australia and overseas. He has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, has held senior positions with the Reserve Bank of Australia - both in Adelaide and Sydney - and is a past Chairman of the Community CPS credit union. He has particular skills in finance issues, corporate restructuring, risk management and corporate governance.

Mr Tony Johnson
Director
BA, LLB, LLM (Companies and Securities), FAICD

Tony is a partner of the national law firm Johnson Winter & Slattery.
He is a highly respected legal practitioner and an experienced company director. He  practices in the area of corporate advisory and dispute resolution, and advises many companies and businesses on matters relating to Director responsibilities, corporate governance and risk management.
 
Furthermore, as a former Governor and Vice President of the Florey Medical Foundation of the Adelaide University, he has enjoyed a long association with the University's Medical School.

Dr Trevor Mudge
Director

Trevor has worked in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Infertility - in public, private and academic settings - for more than thirty years. He cofounded the first successful IVF unit in South Australia at Flinders Medical Centre, delivering the first baby in 1982. He has spent more than 20 years in medical politics including three years as Federal Vice President of the Australian Medical Association. He has recently retired from his clinical commitments.

Dr Phil Munt
Director
MBBS, FRACP (Paediatrics) 

Phil is a consultant physician in paediatrics and has held a range of senior advisory and leadership positions, in paediatric and neo-natal intensive care. He was instrumental in the establishment of a high dependency neo-natal unit at Ashford Hospital, the first and only private nursery of this level in South Australia.
 
Phil served as Chairman of the ACHA Medical Advisory Committee from its inception until September 2007 and fulfilled the part-time role of ACHA Medical Director from 2002 to 2005. He is currently a member of the Medical Advisory Panel for MIGA/MDASA.

 Rev Dr Tony Nancarrow AM
Director
BA (Journ), LTh, Dip RE, DMin, GAICD, FAIM 

A Minister of the Word in the Uniting Church in Australia, Tony has served the church in a communications and publishing capacity for 40 years. He enjoys a long association with private health as a former Chairman and Deputy Chairman of The Memorial Hospital.
